PRIVACY POLICY

Your information is always treated as confidential and under no circumstances would we sell or pass on client information to anyone else. We do not hold information on credit card details, they are destroyed once the transaction has been completed.

We do not collect or store any of our customer details, apart from that necessary for invoicing purposes, and we will not contact you via any newsletter or sales campaigns. We will only be in touch if there is an issue/query with your order.

Artwork is stored on file on only our own computer, for no other purpose than should customers which to re-order in the future. If you would like your artwork deleted from our system once ordered please advise us and we will do so.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

If you contact us through our contact from, your name and email address will be collected. We will only use this to get in touch with you in reply to your message. It will not be used for marketing purposes or passed on to anyone else.

Cookies

Who we share your data with

We don’t share your details with anyone else. All payments are processed through Woocommerce’s secure Paypal Express Gateway.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website , we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile for as long as you choose to keep your account with us. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Payment details taken direct are destroyed as soon as the order as been processed.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your data is stored only on our WordPress website which is secure with access only held by us. Your artwork files are stored on our computer, and all only accessible by one person, securely passworded.
